To celebrate the announcement of their baby’s gender, Brian and Jessica had a gender reveal party with their family at their home in New York. Jessica requested that guests wear pink if they thought she would be having a girl and blue if they thought the baby was to be a boy. She spent a lot of time perfecting the details of their day.
When the time came to reveal if the baby was a little boy or girl, the grandmothers-to-be were seated in front of the guests and each handed a baby gift to open. Congrats! A baby girl! Little Elliana is due this coming July. I love the look little Payton has on his face in the bottom right:Family all the way in Tennessee joined the party through skype on Jess and Brian’s television. Jess came up with the idea for this cookie cake herself. She also decorated the hot pink cupcakes that everyone loved. This tree idea is really neat. Guests were instructed to select a color tag depending on if they thought the baby was a boy or girl. At the beginning of the party they wrote their name and the day they thought the baby will be born with the estimate weight. A pink and blue balloon were tied to the front steps. The blue balloon didn’t make it to the end of the party. Jess thought it was amusing seeing how the pink balloon was still afloat and the baby was revealed to be a little girl.
