I miss my gym classes! Every week I go to a Monday/Wednesday night Zumba, a Thursday night yoga and a Friday/Sunday morning spin class at my local gym. Oh do I miss it. Worried that I’m not getting enough exercise during quarantine, I have been going for a minimum half hour walk every day and doing work out videos at home.
Because my space is tiny and I have neighbors living below me, I wanted to do at home work outs that wouldn’t create a lot of banging on my floors. I also searched for videos that would require no weights or machines and that would be simple to perform in my tight indoor space. I have found some truly lovely workouts. I found these wonderful Zumba, toning, and yoga videos on YouTube. Today I am sharing with you my favorite easy-intermediate workout videos that require no special gym gear that you can start today.
