I had the honor of photographing Karen and Marcelo’s wedding last June in Maryland and was thrilled when Karen sent me an e-mail saying that the family was going to be in Connecticut and would like to have some photos taken. It was wonderful seeing the family again, especially the kids Brianna and Devlin. Love and families is what got me into the business of wedding photography and it is why I do what I do. Family photographs are so important to cherish and pass on to future generations. They’re a way of saying I was here and I lived every day the the fullest. The weather was perfect for this photo shoot at Southford Falls State Park. If you’re ever in the area I suggest a walk through the trails and under the covered bridge. It is a magical place.
