Connecticut Charm | Alice in the Village | Olde Mytsick Village

A very merry unbirthday to you! Today, join me for tea at Alice in the Village, a wonderland of a café located in Olde Mystick Village in Mystic, Connecticut. I discovered this lovely tea house with my friend Sarah a few weekends ago while walking through the village. If you love tea, Alice in wonderland, Mystic, or all of the above, then this is the place for you.

When you walk through the door you are greeted with the doorknob from the animated film.

The wall right inside the door is made of grass and decorations in wonderland proportion are everywhere for the eyes to see. There is a gift shop with Alice in Wonderland books, tea, cards, tea cups, and toys.

You will find some yummy teas here, including bubble tea.

When we arrived around 2:30 the tea house had a lot of curious visitors, but the tea room was quiet for a short while. The staff was setting up for a party (you can make reservations for a tea party). You may also order sandwiches, scones, pastries, and crumpets with your tea.
