Happy Holidays 2015

This year my Christmas post is a day late because I had a lovely unplugged holiday with family and friends where each other’s company took center stage instead of our phones/lap tops/ etc. We had a wonderful meal sitting around the Christmas tree while listening to Christmas music and I was able to see all of my siblings, cousins, and grandparents. We also had a Christmas song lip-sync battle Jimmy Fallon-style. I was first with a lip-sync rendition of “Feliz Navidad.” Matthew had Mariah Carey’s version of “Santa Clause is Coming to Town” and he performed like a true Christmas diva. I wish that everyone had a holiday filled with just as much love and laughter!

I remade one my my favorite Christmas movie posters for our Christmas card this year. The poster on the right is from the 1945 film. A special thank you to my honey, Matthew, for making this vision come true even though I know he thought it was corny. It was fitting because this was our first Christmas in Connecticut together.
