Hogan’s Cider Mill, Burlington CT | Connecticut Charm

If you’re looking for some New England fun this fall, why don’t you head right up to Burlington, Burlington Connecticut that is. Hogan’s Cider Mill is not a far drive from Litchfield. As you drive down the scenic road, you will come across a big white barn and a sign for free hard cider tastings. Hogan’s Cider Mill has been at this same spot since 1912 when that same road was still made of dirt.

Here you will find autumn gordes, pumpkins, and of course, lots of delicious cider.

Nestled behind the mill is a lovely little wooden swing and a golf course. Inside you will find delicious local treats, including local raw honey, apples, and cider donuts. And if you go up the stairs on the left you will walk into a rustic antiques shop on the upper level. Complete with an old phone booth. My personal favorite is the good old fashioned cider.
