I’m beyond thrilled to announce that I am now an Etsy affiliate! I have loved Etsy for many years because they support so many incredible artists and small businesses all over the world. I use Etsy for most of my thrifting, home, and gifting needs. Another thing that I love about Etsy is that they do their best to offset their carbon footprint. Overall, I feel good when I shop on Etsy as opposed to large corporate stores like Amazon. So what does being an Etsy affiliate mean?
It simply means that when I share links or banners I make a small commission from all clicks and sales (at no cost to you). It is a wonderful way to support small businesses as well as support my own blog. I’m not planning on being able to make a living off of my blog, but being able to monetize some posts could really support my small business and fund some of my creativity. I promise that nothing on the blog is going to change. I’m still going to share honest reviews and my favorite shops and natural products, but hopefully I can increase my earning potential to get me one step closer to my goal of going full time with my photography business. (www.livelovelyphotography.com) Maybe one day I’ll even be able to fund some of my crafts and home projects.
So what will you make? I’m only going to be making ten cents per every link or banner click and up to 4% commission on sales made from my links. Yup, that’s it. I hope answering that question demystifies this for you. You will not see an abundance of links or banners, but when you do see one this is the transparency behind it. Banners like the one at the bottom of this post.
I often shop from Etsy and I now I can share the links for my favorite finds for you while being able to boost my business as well. Thank you for your support and readership on Live Lovely Travel. I appreciate you more than I can say!
With appreciation,
Courtney
