No matter the season, I am guilty of coordinating my reading list with the seasons. For example, if it is summer time, I simply can’t sit through a book that takes place at Christmas. Instead I only read books that revolve around the summer months. Perhaps thats a little odd, but I’m willing to bet that there are a few others out there like me. My reading tastes are very eclectic, so I have quite the list. This autumn, I compiled a list of my old favorites, some books that I saw on my latest trip to the bookstore, some referrals form friends, and some new books on my list, all of course, centered around the autumn season.

You may be curious why magazines made it into my list. This past year I have actually cut out most magazines from my life: Cosmo, Vogue, Shape, etc. But I find myself drawn to printed photographs and thoughtful articles. I love beautifully printed magazines for weddings, travel, and positive living. The list above is just a few of my favorites. I do not buy them every month or even every season, but I will pick one up when the articles inside truly tempt me and the photographs inspire me. Some months I’m not drawn to a magazine that really pulled me in the month before. Bella Grace only comes out four times a year, once every season, and their autumn issue is always spectacular. I never miss it. It is the perfect collection of art, photography, and positive living inspiration.
I would love to know what is on your autumn reading list. Please share your favorites and recommendations in the comments below and share this article on Pinterest, Facebook, or through Twitter.
