My favorite work out leggings and tops are from Old Navy. I love the texture of the fabrics available, the colors, and especially the price point. Most importantly, the quality is built to last and endure countless workouts. I still own every pair of Old Navy leggings I ever bought because they simply have not worn out yet. Pre-pandemic they were my go-to for yoga, spin, and Zumba classes. -They’re just so cute and comfy. And this year I really put them to the test with countless hikes across New England, in Colorado and Utah.
When choosing workout wear I base my selections on comfort first and cuteness second. A good work out outfit checks off both boxes because comfort while exertion is important and it simply feels good to look good when you’re working out. I’m already self conscious enough when I’m working out in a. gym. I want to look my best so I can feel my best. It’s just how I’m wired. If what I’m wearing does not look flattering on my figure, I’m going to feel less confident. I want my work out clouting to fit me well so that I’m not adjusting my clothes every minute. I want my work out clothes to hold me in and not ride up or slip down as I’m moving. Old Navy workout clothes fit those needs for me, and even better than that is that they are flattering for petite women such as myself. Most leggings are slightly too long and bunch around my ankles, but the Old Navy leggings I have found fit perfectly. Their tops are airy and sweat dries right up instead of pooling against my chest and back.
These are a few of my favorite Old Navy workout pieces, many of which I brought with me on our recent trip. And even better, many of them are on sale right now.
