Our 2017 Christmas Card!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Matthew and I!  We are excited to reveal our 2017 Holiday card; a remake of the Holiday Affair movie poster. This poster is a painting, so it was a bit of a challenge, but a fun one! I used a strobe light to light up Matthew and to give dimension to the plastic wrap that we wrapped around me. The font to add our names was custom made one letter at a time to match the original movie poster font. One day I will have to share some funny before and after photos. Our first draft was awful! Matthew thought he looked like Fester Adams from the Adam’s Family. He may have been right. The plastic wrap was also real and came with challenges of its own (like being able to move for the pose). 

I will be offline for the holidays as we will be spending our time with loved ones. We hope that everyone has a lovely holiday season!
