Our 2021 Christmas Card Reveal!

I’m very happy to reveal our 2021 holiday card! I like to wait until Christmas Eve every year because I want my family and friends to see the card in their mailbox first. This year we recreated the Bishops Wife starring Matthew as Cary Grant, me as Loretta Young, and our cat Madeleine as David Niven. It is always funny when Madeleine gets to make an appearance. I did have to bribe her with treats to pose for this photo.

Originally we had planned to do this movie the year we were married, but we did Roman Holiday that year as it seemed more fitting due to our honeymoon in Rome. For those of you who made a guess, I’m sorry if you are disappointed, but many of your favorite holiday films are on my list for future years. A popular guess for this year was Holiday Inn, one of my favorite holiday films. The poster for that movie has four people though and it gets a little more complicated. It will happen one day.
