As summer is ending and fall is just beginning, I want to encourage you to be open to adventure. The kids are back to school, days are getting colder, and the sun goes down a little earlier each day, yet there is still so much time left to explore. A few weeks ago Matthew and I went to the beach in Rhode Island to meet up with some friends. As we were leaving they told us about Leap Fest, where the military celebrates and practices their skydiving. We said yes to adventure and ended up catching the very end of the demonstration. We arrived in time to see several helicopters fly by as men with parachutes leapt one after the other!
Instead of saying no, try yes every once in a while and you may just see or do something incredible.
