Year in Photos 2018

At the end of the year I love rounding up my favorite photographs taken during the year and this year is no exception. Nothing pulls you out of a funk quite like looking at beautiful moments, people, and places you have shared experienced with. It is the perfect medicine when you’re feeling a little down on yourself because it helps you to celebrate your accomplishments and the positives in your life instead of the all of the negatives and “should-haves” that we tend to fixate on. This year I included my favorite photos that I have taken or orchestrated for the blog, but also photographs taken by our wedding photographers too because those are very special moments that I love looking back on. I have compiled my favorite engagement and wedding photos of the couples that I have the honor of working with as well as my favorite travel images, daily moments, and New England adventures. I cannot quite explain what it is that makes me gravitate towards specific photos; sometimes it is the moment or the memory associated with it, sometimes the candid emotions captures, the colors, the composition, the scenery, or my attachment to the people in them. I have posted them in [mostly] chronological order. I hope that you take the time today to reflect in your own year in a positive light, looking back on all the lovely memories.
